Jan holds an MSc in Sustainable Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, where he also spent a semester at Bocconi University in Milan, and a bachelor in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich.

He has a background in sustainable finance and venture capital, with experience spanning consulting, green infrastructure investments, and impact investing. Before joining Hadean Ventures, he worked at Katapult Ocean, an impact fund investing in early-stage ocean technologies.
