Duncan was Partner and Head of Healthcare Research at Morgan Stanley before joining East-West Capital Partners a private investment and advisory firm. He is board member and chairman of multiple companies and currently also serves on several boards in the Nordic region.

Duncan holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Cambridge University.
