As a graduate of molecular biotechnology from the University of Heidelberg in Germany, Dustin is passionate about translating academic innovation into impactful therapies. During his studies, he gained experience in academic research, mainly in oncology and synthetic biology. In addition, Dustin worked as a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry before joining a fast-growing tech startup where he was involved in the fundraising efforts of a $63M Series B.

After work, Dustin enjoys a good challenge in chess. As a former handball player in the west German national league, he is an avid sportsman and loves getting active!
