Pål R. Jensen

Pål has more than 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry, with a primary focus on operational back-office tasks, predominantly in finance. He holds a four-year finance degree (Siviløkonom) from BI, Norwegian Business School. Prior to joining Headean Ventures in 2024, he held the position as Director of Finance in NeoMed Management, a venture capital firm specializing in investments within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
