Camilla has a background in sustainable finance and a deep understanding of ESG and impact-related regulations, frameworks, and strategies. In her previous role as an advisor, she supported a range of financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and AIFMs.

Camilla holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU), specializing in finance and sustainability. Her academic focus included ESG considerations in investment management, and she wrote a master’s thesis on ESG integration in Scandinavian PE/VC.
