Marketa holds a PhD in Immunology from the Medical Faculty at the University of Oslo, where her research focused on autoimmune diseases. Following her doctoral studies, she worked as a Scientist at Nextera, a Norwegian biotechnology company, where she was involved in the development of cancer immunotherapies.

Prior to joining Hadean Ventures as an Investment Analyst, Marketa worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Oslo. At BCG, she specialized in healthcare-related projects, with a focus on commercial due diligence in the therapeutics and medtech space.

Outside of work, Marketa is passionate about sports and culture. She enjoys playing tennis and squash, running, visiting saunas, and exploring contemporary art galleries.
